The solution
We proposed creating an app for users to report rental issues and accidents, empowering them to schedule services independently and access rental details easily, streamlining the process and enhancing user control.
"Eldan" is an application designed for users who rent cars from Eldan company and wish to perform various tasks conveniently in one organized place, such as reporting accidents, reporting malfunctions, scheduling services, locating branches, and having the option to call the emergency line, all within one app.
