The Toyota app is an application that contains information about the user's vehicle, maintenance, services, general information, and the kilometers driven by the user. During my work with the app, I introduced several changes and features such as rental, driving statistics, and charging Toyota electric vehicles.

The problem

Toyota wanted to add a car rental feature to the app. Given the existing vehicle data, we needed to create an easy rental option for users, whether or not they own a Toyota. We ensured the rental and private vehicle screens were distinct to avoid user confusion.

The solution

We created Toyota SHARE with a slightly different look from the usual colors to ensure distinction. We also developed the easiest way to rent for both non-registered users and Toyota owners. The process is simple and efficient, allowing for quick, on-the-spot rentals.

Toyota Connect feature
a feature I designed for the Toyota app, displays charging stations for Toyota electric vehicles. Users can search nearby and by location, with filters for socket type, active stations, and operators to streamline use. Each station shows active stalls, hours, and navigation links.

My drive feature
To encourage safe driving habits, I designed a feature that displays driving statistics showing the user's driving score daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. Users receive detailed feedback on their driving routes, including acceleration, sharp turns, etc. Additionally, they can track monthly mileage usage.
